Shawn Tyson set to appear in the Lakeland Court of Appeals at 9:30 am on June 11th, 2014. Newtown Thug Shawn Tyson was Convicted of Murdering Two British Tourists James Cooper and James Kouzaris Tyson’s case has been reopened again. Shawn A. Tyson, a thug from Newtown Fl, murdered two white British tourists outside his Section 8 house in Sarasota, Florida (Public Housing, Free Rent). Shawn Tyson was motivated by greed and racism. His two white British victims begged him not to kill them. He shot and killed them in cold blood because they were white. Shawn Tyson was found guilty of first degree murder and sentenced to life in prison without parole, he is not currently listed as a inmate in the Florida State Prison System on Sunday May 26th, 2014. The families of two British Tourists murdered in Sarasota Florida face fresh anguish as teenage killer Shawn Tyson attempts to get his conviction overturned. Shawn Tyson was sentenced to life in prison for the murders of British tourists James Cooper and James Kouzaris. Tyson is now appealing his sentence. 11 of the jurors who sat on Tyson’s trial were white. Tyson is black, and his attorneys will likely use the predominantly white jury in their client’s favor.

Thug Shawn Tyson was jailed for life for the murder of James Cooper and James Kouzaris. The pair were gunned down during a botched robbery in the popular tourist town of Sarasota Florida three years ago after stumbling into the rundown Section Eight housing of Newtown. Tyson, who was 16 at the time, received a life sentence without the possibility of parole after being convicted of first-degree murder. Next week he launches an appeal against the sentence and plans to claim racism played a part in his conviction.

Sarasota Private Investigator Bill Warner Quoted In Sunday Telegraph News and Sunday Express On Brits Murder Suspect Shawn Tyson’s Link to Newtown Gang. In 2010 Newtown accounted for 43 per cent of Sarasota’s armed robberies and 83 per cent of its murders. In these streets university pals Mr Cooper, 25, and Mr Kouzaris, 24, were gunned down after straying into the crime ridden public housing project on April 16th, 2011 at 2:54 a.m.. Apparently victims of a robbery, they died in a hail of bullets as they fled for their lives in the early hours of Saturday. Newtown is a district that one man in Sarasota knows better than most. Bill Warner is a veteran private investigator who has called this area his patch for almost 20 years.“It’s horrible,” he says. “At any time of day there are drug deals being done and guys acting as spotters on the look out for police. There is a lot of crime and it’s not a nice place to be. You don’t go there at night, period. If I have to do surveillance work in Newtown I always carry a weapon.”

2nd Shooter in British Tourist Murders Still Out There, Two Men at Scene One Conviction With Shawn Tyson. Who is the unsub 2nd shooter who was with Shawn Tyson when British touristsJames Cooper and James Kouzaris were murdered in the Newtown Housing projects section of Sarasota Fl on April 16th, 2011 at 2:54 a.m.

‘GANGSTA’

SARASOTA HERALD TRIBUNE….British tourist murders: Two men at scene; one conviction. Police only solved half of the case with the conviction this week of 17-year-old Shawn Tyson in the murders of two British tourists. All along, witnesses said there were two men who surprised the two drunken Britons about 3 a.m. on April 16, when they were shot and killed as they staggered through a public housing complex. Court records from the Tyson case name Steven Fields, 19, as possibly being the accomplice. Fields has family in Newtown and has spent most of his teen years behind bars. He was convicted of robbery and aggravated assault when he was 14. When tourists James Cooper and James Kouzaris were murdered, Fields was living with his mother in Tampa. Now serving 18 months in prison for a probation violation charge unrelated to the murders, Fields is scheduled to be released in November. “We’re looking at him and if we can develop probable cause to charge him, we’ll do so,” said Sarasota Police Sgt. Kevin Churchill. “Now that this conviction is done, perhaps people will be more inclined to help us and provide some information.” MORE FROM THIS SOURCE.

The above text message came into my cell phone on Monday May 2nd, 2011 at 6:27 p.m., it was one of 34 text messages that came in from “Candy” on May 2nd and May 3rd that followed up her first 3 text messages that initially came in on April 16th, 2011 from her cell 941-587-XXXX. The cell phone number that sent me the above text messages “I murdered someone I am scared“ is from 941-587-XXXX, the area code covering Sarasota-Bradenton-Venice Fl, a trace of the number indicate that it belongs to someone living in North Sarasota Fl, it was a pre-paid throw away cell. “Candy” claims that there is a second shooter in the murder of James Cooper and James Kouzaris, “Candy” claims that the Brits were robbed so the Newtown thugs could have cash to buy more “Ice” (crystal meth). “Candy” claims she knows the name of the 2nd shooter and she sent me a name and a photo of a young black male, Sarasota Police Department has all this info.

Note in the police report, dated April 27th, 2011 above, how the witness describes Shawn Tyson and his 3 pals as “a gang of young black males who had been terrorizing the central Newtown community over the last several months, Steven Fields was released from prison on Feb 1st, 2011. The witness claims in the above report that Shawn Tyson and his 3 gang members were all armed with revolvers that they had hidden in the waistband of their pants. The witness reports his first run in with Shawn Tyson and his gang was the later part of Feb. 2011 and his last run in with the gang (without Tyson) was on the afternoon of April 16th, 2011, when they told him he would “end up like them two dead crackers“, this was same day James Cooper and James Kouzaris would be found shot to death in the Newtown Courts.
