Trump-Scott ticket for the Republicans in the fall not such a bad idea as both men are great leaders and look to provide jobs. Donald Trump Florida Campaign Headquarters 1517 State Street Sarasota Fl, see http://politics.heraldtribune.com/2016/01/08/odds-of-a-trump-scott-ticket-are-long/
Conventional wisdom says it will never happen. But conventional wisdom says Donald Trump will never be the GOP nominee, yet the brash, outspoken businessman remains a very viable contender with the Iowa caucuses less than a month away. It’s interesting to look at the possibilities. Clearly, Gov. Rick Scott sees more parallels between himself and Trump than he does with Florida’s other favorite presidential contenders, Jeb Bush and Marco Rubio, although Scott says he is not making any endorsements before the March 15 primary in Florida.
Donald Trump ramped up his Florida operation with Sarasota GOP chairman Joe Gruters and former Rick Scott campaign manager Susie Wiles as Trump’s state co-chairmen. Gruters has opened a Sarasota office for Trump that will serve as the billionaire business mogul’s Florida campaign headquarters at 1517 State Street. Donald J. Trump added four staff members for his operation in Florida as he continues to lead all state polls by wide, double-digit margins. Jennifer R. Locetta will serve as Deputy State Director in Sarasota, Ken Mayo has been named Director of Field Operations, John Ross Pughe is joining as the Southeast Regional Field Director, and Craig Bachler will serve as Director of Coalitions.
Scott’s poll numbers in Florida have improved. And he has been relentless in promoting Florida’s job growth: 1 million private-sector jobs since he took office. Scott said that is a message that has resonated with voters and is a message could be successful for a Republican presidential candidate.
Donald Trump continues to visit Florida regularly where his campaign office is located in Sarasota [1517 State Street, Suite 300], and he owns and operates some of the most iconic properties in the country employing thousands of people, see Press Release at http://www.p2016.org/trump/trump112815pr.html
